SHIPPING & DELIVERYS
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp within 3 days. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment on our website through the courier’s tracking Page.
For domestic orders within India, shipping typically takes between 3 to 15 days via Delhivery. For international orders, delivery usually takes between 10 to 25 days with UPS. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any potential delays with the courier service for further details go to our shipping policy page.
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) due to high demand and to streamline our operations. However, we are exploring options to introduce COD in the future. In the meantime, we accept various other secure payment methods through our website.
We offer free shipping for all orders within India. For international orders, shipping charges are displayed during checkout, but the delivery is free of charge. You can view any applicable shipping costs at checkout.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package to your shipping address. If the delivery fails, the package will be returned to the shipping warehouse. Once you are available, you can arrange for a redelivery.
